Alexa Cox is an Oxford/Bucks based artist who recently completed an MA Fine Art with The Open College of the Arts. Her practice includes working with oil and acrylic paint, drawing, printmaking, photography and books to explore narrative themes. She has regularly exhibited in Bucks Open Studios as part of the Old Factory Studios group. Recent works include the Falling series (2013) and Trace Dance (2014), a series of pieces which explore the relationship between the figure, line and space, the role of drawing and the artist as storyteller.
